Build it for ourselves first, then build it for you

STREaMLiNE runs two arms that feed each other. We build and operate our own automations and software.

The Model

Two arms, one method

Arm 1

Owned products

Software we build, run and own. Every one of them is a place to find out what actually breaks in production before a client pays to find out.

  • Rally-IQTournament draws, results and ratings, running live events
  • KudosOne Google review request per customer per year, triggered by a Xero invoice
  • ASYSTAI-assisted model-based systems engineering, out of the founder’s research
proves the method
pays for the next one

Arm 2

Client delivery

Custom automation, websites and consulting for small businesses carrying repetitive manual operations. The patterns come from the product work, already tested.

  • AutomationsLead capture, qualification, follow-up, onboarding into the systems you already run
  • WebsitesSites that capture leads rather than describe you, owned outright by the client
  • ConsultingThe process audit that decides what is worth automating, useful on its own
01

Analyse

Map how work actually moves, cost each point of friction, rank by payback.

02

Automate

Build the pipeline against the tools you already use, edge cases included.

03

Optimise

Watch it in production, then improve it. A system nobody measures decays.

Non-negotiables

Six rules we do not trade away

These are the answers we already give when someone asks the inconvenient question. They are here so you can hold us to them.

01

The audit comes first, and it is yours

We map the process, cost the friction, and rank the candidates by payback rather than by how interesting they are to build. You keep that ranking whether or not you build anything with us.

02

Integrate, do not replace

Rip-and-replace is the exception, not the default. We would rather connect the accounting system, the CRM and the inbox you already have than migrate everyone onto something new.

03

Fixed price, quoted after the audit

You know the number before anything is built. We do not bill by the hour for build work, because that prices our inefficiency into your invoice.

04

You own it, including the exit

Code, configuration and data are yours, documented and runnable without us. Handover is part of delivery, not an upsell, and declining ongoing support does not break anything.

05

Fail loudly, never silently

When a step cannot complete it raises an alert and stops, rather than writing bad data and carrying on. A quiet failure that corrupts records costs far more than a noisy one that pauses.

06

AI only where it earns its place

A model goes in when the task genuinely needs judgement over unstructured input. Plenty of what we build has no model in it at all, because a rule that always behaves the same way is easier to trust than one that usually does.

Find out which of your processes is worth it

Start with the audit. You get a ranked list of what to automate and what to leave alone, and the list is yours either way.
