No. Handover is part of delivery, not an upsell. The systems we build for you are yours, documented, and runnable without us. Ongoing support is available if you want it, and declining it does not break anything.

Every workflow is built to fail loudly rather than silently: when a step cannot complete, it raises an alert and stops instead of writing bad data and carrying on. That behaviour is deliberate, because a quiet failure that corrupts records is far more expensive than a noisy one that pauses.

You do. Code, configuration and data are yours, and we hand over the credentials and documentation to run them. The OzLedger site is the reference case: the reviews and lead capture are self-hosted and the client keeps them, with no recurring fee to display their own data.

Into your accounts, not ours. Automations run against your systems using credentials you control and can revoke. Where a third-party service is unavoidable we name it up front, and you approve it before it is wired in.

Only where it earns its place, and only with your agreement on which data is involved. Plenty of what we build is deterministic automation with no model in the loop at all, because a rule that always behaves the same way is easier to trust than one that usually does.
